11 Interesting Stats about Becoming Pregnant (Infographic)

So it's finally time - you are ready to take the leap and have a baby! While a joyous and exciting time, the road toward getting pregnant is not always an easy one, and getting that little plus sign on a pregnancy test may not come as quickly as you think.

For some, getting pregnant is easy - first try and BAM! positive pregnancy test and you're on your way toward motherhood. For most, though, it doesn't quite work out that way. There are a lot of factors that affect your chance of getting pregnant, such as age, weight, lifestyle and medical history - but on average it takes four months to get pregnant.

  2. I am surprised to see these stats. I wasn't expecting this as USA is considered to be very moderate and well educated continent. But i am impressed by the work you did to calculate these stats.
